During the
upload
process of
your bid to
MySWA you
get and
error
message
saying that
the vendor
information
is missing,
you must go
to the
Updates
page and
download the
latest update
contained in
the
file.
When you
unzip it
save it to
the
directory
that BM! is
in (default
is c:\bm31).

During the
upload
process of
your bid you
get and
error
message
saying that
the employee number
is missing or erroneous.

latest
update to
fix this.

Attendant
version

not
work
for
pilots!
The
full
version
of
Bid Meister!
will
work
once
the key
is
installed.
When
payment
is
received
either
thru
PayPal
or
personal
check
an
email
will be
sent
that
will
include
a key
that
will
unlock
your
program.
The key
is
personalized
and
will
only
allow
BM! to
work
for the
registered
user.
A
version
is
available
that
will
allow
multiple
user
submittals.
(Needed
only by
those
who
want to
bid for
people
other
than
themselves
such as
a
bidding
service!)
Periodically
the
City/Hotel
database
file is
updated.
This
file
contains
a list
of all
the
cities
that
SWA
flies
to, as
well as
a list
of all
the
hotels
we
have.
In
addition,
the
cities
that
are
designated
crew
bases,
or
domiciles,
are
indicated
in this
file.
Upon
startup,
BM
reads
this
file
and
sets up
the
domicile
list.
To
ensure
you
have
the
latest
City/Hotel
database,
simply
start
BM/FAM,
then
click
the
Help
menu
item on
the
menu
bar,
then
click
on the
"Check
for
Updates"
item.
BM will
go to
the BM
web-server
and
check
for an
updated
file,
and
download
it as
necessary.
NOTE:
If you
don't
see the
"Check
for
Updates"
menu
item,
you
need to
get the
latest
BM
update
patch.
Which
file
or
files
do I
need
to
transfer
work
I
have
done
from
one
computer
to
another?
There
are
a
couple
ways
to
do
this
depending
on
what
you
are
trying
to
do.
If
you
only
want
to
save
your
sorting
preferences,
simply
copy
the
preference
file
to
The
Bid
Meister!
on
your
other
computer,
load
that
particular
preference
file,
then
sort
the
lines.
You
can
find
more
information
on
preference
files
in
the
help
file.
Start
BM,
click
on
Help|Contents,
then
click
on
"Preferences"
in
the
left-hand
column.
If
you
want
to
bring
a
copy
of
everything
you
have
done
including
any
lines
you
may
have
tagged
or
marked,
then
you'll
need
to
copy
the
entire
database
file
to
your
other
computer.
The
file
name
is
BM31S.MDB.
This
file
can
be
quite
large
(up
to 4
MB),
so
an
ordinary
3.5"
floppy
disk
probably
won't
do,
but
it
might
depending
on
the
size
of
the
database
file.
A
key
USB
Fob
drive
would
work
quite
well.
If
you
have
a
home
network
or
wireless
access
point,
this
would
be
the
easiest
way
to
"synchronize"
your
BM
files.
